Job responsibilities:
A unique opportunity for a (Sr) Digital Marketing Manager to join a fast growing, international Solar power company. You will be based in our international team in Amsterdam As our (Sr) Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for expanding the Solplanet brand. You will work in an entrepreneurial environment with a great team across many different countries with lots of experience from the Industry.
  1. Define success in OKR:s (Objectives and key results);
  2. Define monthly campaigns with themes that are relevant internationally as well as locally;
  3. Align and request monthly and quarterly budget within the yearly budget;
  4. Manage the Ad spend allocation in alignment with local sales teams;
  5. Structurally list Marketing demands from and in collaboration with Local sales teams;
  6. Keep a structured calendar, plan campaigns and manage content creation & translation; 
  7. Timely place ads and posts as per calendar measure results, learn and improve;
  8. Weekly review the online campaign result and optimize budget allocation and effect with capped budget;
  9. Assign the leads coming into Hubspot to user and land in Deal Flow;
  10. Follow up on quality leads to ensure they are followed up by sales;
  11. Manage cross country learning sessions and share best practices across regions;
  12. Guides and coaches’ local sales team in Email campaigns and CRM (Hubspot);
  13. Manages relationships with 3rd party content creators;
  14. As a well-rounded Marketeer you will also manage other offline Marketing campaigns (prints ,events, etc.) to support the local marketing business.

Job requirements:
  1. Have a Bachelors or Masters degree; 
  2. Have at least 3 years of experience with Digital Marketing;
  3. Are an analytical and pro-active multitasker;
  4. Are interested in the Solar Energy industry (even better if you have experience in it);
  5. You have solid general experience in major digital marketing platforms and analytics, ideally specifically in Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and Hubspot.
