Job responsibilities:

  1. Answering customer inquiries
  2. Sales appointments, and following up with customers about their order status.
  3. Developing and monitoring performance indicators for sales and staff member
  4. Creating and processing orders in a timely manner
  5. Processing requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes, and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems.
  7. Reporting any unusual activity to your supervisors.

Job requirements:
  1. Fluent Dutch or English
  2. Experience in electronic industry has priority
  3. Experience in administration and high-volume office work may be advantageous.
  4. Analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  5. Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  6. The ability to quickly switch your focus.
  7. Computer literacy, IT skills, and typing skills.
  8. An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
