Job responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain partner’s relationship in Security and Electrician field;
  2. Finish sales target and keep certain YOY sales growth in sales revenue;
  3. Monthly & Quarterly Data analysis in product structure of sell in data, sell out data and stock, and based on the analysis result, make decision on how to boost partner’s sales revenue in upsells and cross sells products;
  4. Product campaign activities together with partners to raise partners’ product awareness, increasing the share of wallet for upsells and cross sales product;
  5. Others like timely update for partners’ portrait and organization, collection of competitors’ 4P information, price benchmark update, making quotation, organizing trainings for distributors, daily request handling etc.

Job requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, Information Systems or Business is required;
  2. Proven working experience in related industry is a plus;
  3. A great passion for sales, and good understanding of it, as well as some technical background;
  4. Exceptional communication skills in English, knowledge of Dutch and French is a strong plus;
  5. You work well under pressure;
  6. Well target reorganization and orientation;
  7. You must be located in Benelux (work in Hoofddorp NL office);
  8. Valid Driving License is required.
