Job Responsibilities
-- General management
- Learn and participate in the daily operation of the restaurant
- Assist the restaurant manager in daily operation management,administration
-- Marketing online promotion - Responsible for maintaining social media operations, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.
- Notice customers’ feedback/accomplishments/complains and report to corresponding departments
-- Marketing offline promotion - Promote company’s brand image in the local market
- Conduct marketing research, propose and implement promotion plan
- Maintain business relationship with local marketing partners, and seek sales opportunities
- Connect business entities to build up sales channels
Job Requirements
- Bachelor or master degree in marketing/communication/social media/hospitality/business management
- Preferred with experience in marketing/communication, preferred in hospitality industry (internship counts)
- Fluent in the English and Chinese language, speaking as well as writing
- Driven to success, professionalism. Pro-active, creative, hands-on, independent and a problem-solving mentality
- Excellent presentation skills

- After working for 6 months, determine different development directions according to the development of personal abilities, marketing, management or marketing direction.
