Job Responsibilities

  • Contractreviewandperformanceand assist in contract signing;
  • Processing, monitoring and managing the order process in cooperation with the Benelux Sales, Business Operation and Logistic department;
  • Liaising with the relevant Account Managers or Business Development Managers in order to maintaining good contact with customers regarding products and prices;
  • Assisting in the invoice/monthlystatement process and maintaining good contact with finance and accounting department;
  • Maintaining the relevant customers’ information and other internal platforms;
  • Managing sales data by analyzing sales related data and reporting to Country Manager with the follow-up action points;
  • Supporting to organize weekly sales meetings, which includes sending out invitations and reminders, preparing the agenda and issuing meeting minutes;
  • Improving the Benelux Sales Team’s administrative procedures;
  • Other duties or projects as directed by the Commercial Manager or Channel Sales Manager- Benelux.



Job Requirements
  • Min. a Bachelor degree
  • Min. 1 year of relevant experience
  • Profound knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
  • High level of accuracy in the daily tasks
  • Self-starter with ability to work with little supervision
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills
  • Base location must be within 1 hour commuting distance from our Zoetermeer office
  • Fluent in both Chinese Mandarin and English (written and spoken). Dutch would be considered as a major advantage.
