Job Responsibilities
- Contractreviewandperformanceand assist in contract signing;
- Processing, monitoring and managing the order process in cooperation with the Benelux Sales, Business Operation and Logistic department;
- Liaising with the relevant Account Managers or Business Development Managers in order to maintaining good contact with customers regarding products and prices;
- Assisting in the invoice/monthlystatement process and maintaining good contact with finance and accounting department;
- Maintaining the relevant customers’ information and other internal platforms;
- Managing sales data by analyzing sales related data and reporting to Country Manager with the follow-up action points;
- Supporting to organize weekly sales meetings, which includes sending out invitations and reminders, preparing the agenda and issuing meeting minutes;
- Improving the Benelux Sales Team’s administrative procedures;
- Other duties or projects as directed by the Commercial Manager or Channel Sales Manager- Benelux.
Job Requirements
- Min. a Bachelor degree
- Min. 1 year of relevant experience
- Profound knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
- High level of accuracy in the daily tasks
- Self-starter with ability to work with little supervision
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Base location must be within 1 hour commuting distance from our Zoetermeer office
- Fluent in both Chinese Mandarin and English (written and spoken). Dutch would be considered as a major advantage.
