Benelux Human Resources Coordinator

Job Responsibilities
- Ensure all HR information and documentation is up to date and compliant with legislation and company policy.
- Provide solutions focused advice to line managers on a range of ER issues (disciplinary / grievance / performance / policies / procedures).
- Provide guidance to lines managers and coaches on all aspects of people management and ensure a consistent approach across the practice.
- Influence the improvement of HR processes and systems to support high performance and drive inefficiencies out of process.
- Play an active role in delivering HR projects across all business units.
- Lead on all internal and external HR audits.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and make recommendations, and implement appropriate changes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or similar.
- From 5 to 10 years of HR or HRBP work experience, preferably in high tech/telecommunication industry or in any high competitive sector.
- Experience in multinational companies (Intercultural) is a plus
- Mandatory high level in Dutch and English, Chinese will be a plus
