LOGISTICS COORDINATOR (AMSTERDAM, SCHIPHOL)
Company Introduction
Sinotrans Air Transportation is a subsidiary of the Sinotrans group, we are globally active in more than 60 countries providing our customers and business partners Freight Forwarding and End-to-End Supply Chain solutions.
For our office in Amsterdam, we are currently looking for a full-time (40hrs./week) Logistics Coordinator.
Job Responsibilities
You will be part of our logistics project-team and the first point of contact between our clients and suppliers:
- Coordinate and execute transportation orders by bridging, liaison between clients, suppliers and consignees
- Schedule appointments with consignees and monitor transportation planning
- Follow-up and inform customers of booking and shipping statuses
- Provide solutions to customers in case of unexpected events;
- Administrate bookings and prepare bills and invoices;
- Discuss and evaluate with internal project members in optimizing work processes
Job Requirements
- Min. HBO (bachelor) degree in Logistics, Supply chain and/or International Business
- Excellent in written and spoken English & Mandarin Chinese, Dutch would be a plus
- Commercial driven and client oriented with close attention to details
- Proactive with very strong organization and communication skills
- Able to prioritize and multi-task
- Willing to learn and open for new challenges
- Stress resistant
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications （especially good with Excel）
