Job Responsibilities
● Hands-on in every aspect of the logistics and warehouse. Admin and operations.
● Running a swift and smooth fulfillment and logistics operation.
● Inbound and outbound logistics operations such as; transportation, inventory control.
● Secure optimal shipping methods to meet shipping schedules and requests.
● Monitor import and export processes to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
● Monitor logistics partners' performance through the development of KPIs and quarterly reviews.
● Day-to-day management and development of the team (several part-time workers, several suppliers).
● Manage reconciliation of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
● Act as a resource for peers and team
● Understand and utilize the container-based delivery model to find process improvements and cost savings within an area of responsibility and/or team
Job Requirements
● You are pursuing a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business or other business-related fields ● Accuracy and responsibility are the key success to this position
● Have strong analytical thinking and skills
