Mobile warehousing supervisor
Company Introduction
HIH Logistics B.V. is established in 2015 as an NVOCC, contracted with the international import and export agency business of shipping, and land and air transportation.
We also handle canvass business orders, shipping, booking, storage, transit shipment, container devanning, charge settlement, Customs clearance, inspection declaration, insurance (operating with licenses), and related short-distance transport services and transportation consulting.
We do logistics supply chain software management, order management, and agency in charge of the import and export business of the various categories of goods and technologies.
Job Responsibilities
- Visit warehouse daily to solve problems. problems including: check outer packing condition, check if there is forbidden stacking.check if warehouse fork pallets not properly;
- Monthy inventory(loose pallets/pieces);
- Know well about each warehouse's working procedure and find the bug/reasin when problem happened to avoid the problem;
- When starting a new warehouse, the mobile operator will go to the warehouse first to inspect: the size of the site, the site condition; whether the warehouse has sufficient facilities/equipment; whether the warehouse has a detailed SOP at the scene; whether there is a reflector at the corner to avoid forklift collision; whether the forklift operation in the warehouse is normal/operational level. Meanwhile, communicating with the warehouse operator to arise their service/management awareness;
- Supervise new warehouse's contruction speed and make sure project goes well;
- Assist team to take photoes of inbounding and outbounding and investigate the issues to find solution;
- Trouble shooting ;
- Business trip if there are projects going on and having problem either in Netherlands or over the EU countriees while necessary;
- Daily order taking from customers and filing;
- Daily order dispatching to operation departments or vendors;
- Track order fulfillment progress;
- Input order information into project management system;
- Generate report from the system upon project manager's instructions;
- In time reporting for any service or operation issues.
Job Requirements
- Fluent speaking and writing in English and Mandarin；
- Experienced in using Microsoft Office applications;
- Experienced in customer service rep;
- Good record of integrity in past working experience;
- Positive attitude of teamwork;
- Proactiveness in thinking and trouble shooting, instead of just presenting issues or forwarding emails；
- Driving Licence；
- This position needs strong flexibility, strong communication skills, and good at solving problems, preferably with warehouse experience.

- An annual leave of 25 days per calendar year.
- A (pro rata) holiday allowance of 8% of his/her 12 (twelve) month’s salaries.
