Company Introduction
HK-International B.V. is an Almere based, successful and growing international company. We are one of the top 5 companies in the world delivering large dredge pumps and dredge components. We sell, design, cast, assemble, commission and service dredge pumps, dredge components and spare parts for dredgers.
Job Responsibilities
• Prepare inquiries, calculations and quotations;
• Prepare order documents, logistic documents and invoices;
• Customer contact about open inquiries, running orders, transport and invoices;
• Keep the production planning up to date;
• Reading (technical) requests for quotations and purchase orders;
• Assist production and customers with (technical/logistic) questions;
• Prepare reports for management regarding sales, production, logistics et cetera.
Additional tasks:
• Organize exhibitions and company parties;
• Take care of general office activities and facility services;
• Keep up to date from the web site, LinkedIn, marketing tasks;
• Organize the company fruit and Friday company lunch.
• Prepare order documents, logistic documents and invoices;

Job Requirements
• MBO 4 level or better (by education or experience) with a focus on administration, management information, planning and support, customer contact and communication. E.g. ‘Office & management support’.
• Good knowledge of English (C1 or better) and Dutch (B2 or better). Chinese is a pre;
• Good administration skills, Windows Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) has no secrets for you;
• Technical feeling (reading drawings and knowledge from casting materials) is an advantage;
• In possession of Dutch citizenship or unlimited working permit.
