Company Introduction
PTP Netherlands B.V. is an international freight forwarding company based in Rotterdam Capelle aan den Ijssel. We have a global network that enable us to manage our shipments domestically and internationally. With the expansion of our business, we are now looking for a couple of suitable candidates who can work full-time from 08:30am to 17:00pm Monday - Friday as Import Operator.
(Salary will be discussed depending on experience)
Job Responsibilities
- Accept orders and arrange customs clearance, transportation, cargo tracking, reconciliation and settlement, etc., to ensure accurate and efficient business
- Responsible for the process monitoring of daily shipping operations; responsible for coordinating and handling issues encountered in the process of import and export: consultation, complaints, disputes, etc.
- Responsible for analyze the company's operating business volume and operating costs, proposing corrective and improvement measures, optimizing the export operation process, and reducing logistics costs
- Ensure that the data is completely and accurately enter into the system, complete the audit and submission of expenses stipulated by the company, organize and file documents
- Establish a good relationship with customers and provide customers with timely and friendly operation services
Job Requirements
- Good expressive ability and affinity, good at communication, quick thinking, able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment;
- Careful, responsible, teamwork spirit and customer service awareness;
- Ability to work in a team and independently;
- Skilled use of office software such as OFFICE/EXCEL;
- Familiar with import and export procedures is preferred.
