Operation Assistant
The company is a global supplier of raw materials for food, feed and industrial applications. They have offices in Shanghai, Amsterdam, Bucharest and Hongkong. Their products are distributed to more than 80 countries.
Job Responsibilities
As a Operation Assistant, you are responsible for assisting operation manager with the delivery activities. It is important for this role that you have a background in raw materials or additives. You report directly to the operation manager, based in Shanghai，China.
Import and Export experience with raw materials of food ingredients
Assist traders maintain good relation with customers
Assist operation manager to address logistics problems and cooperate with freight forwarders
Have experience with different import and export documentation
Scheduling road transportation of goods to clients
- You are a recent graduate in Logistics or international trade or have 1-2 years of work experience in similar role
- You are excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- You like to work in a small team and have the ability to work well under pressure
- Fluent Dutch and English is required
