Recruitment Intern

We're looking for a Recruitment Intern to support our headhunting process in Europe and help us scale. You will be part of our Headhunting department and work closely with the senior recruiter.

You'll be utilizing various channels (such as LinkedIn, TalentLyft and etc.) and crafting Boolean strings to search, identify, and activate passive candidates, while also building strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

You'll reinitiate communications with past candidates who might be interested in new opportunities; measure conversion rates in order to maintain a healthy candidate database;.


-Explore new avenues for engaging and sourcing talent.
-Provide a high-touch, positive experience for each candidate.
-Introduce our client companies to potential clients and improve their interests to apply.
-Support other members of the Headhunting team by scheduling and coordinating interviews or sourcing candidates for their open roles as needed.
-Maintain accurate data in our applicant tracking system (TalentLyft) and in a weekly activity tracker.

About You:

1. Enrolled HBO or Universities student during your internship period.
2. Outstanding interpersonal skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. A high level of proficiency in English and Chinese languages (both written and verbal).
4. High level of attention to detail.
5. Strong sense of urgency.
6. Proactive and goal-oriented.
7. Highly prefer 6 months with 32-40 hours per week.
8. Work in the office (Rotterdam) is required. Hybrid work is possible (minimum 3 days in the office).
